New York, NY – March 13, 2023 – Driven Technologies, a leading provider of IT services focused on securing, modernizing, and connecting applications, data and users, announced the completion of an agreement to acquire Yotta Connect. Founded in 2015, Yotta Connect is a customer first leading provider of advanced collaboration, connectivity, and IT security solutions. The acquisition expands Driven’s geographic base and adds to the company’s Connect, Modernize, and Secure strategy by adding capabilities, partnerships, and new service offerings.
Driven Technologies’ leadership team will be expanded to include Yotta Connect’s senior management team.
